Steven Brown is Chairman of Etienne Lawyers and an Accredited Business Law Specialist with extensive experience in commercial, corporate, ASX, intellectual property, and business law. He has held senior legal leadership roles, including as a partner at Colin Biggers & Paisley and Norman Waterhouse, and has led commercial law practices for more than three decades.
Steven has also lectured in commercial law, banking law, corporate governance, and legal drafting for institutions including The College of Law Australia, Macquarie University, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the University of Technology Sydney. He is the author of numerous publications on business, corporate, banking, and commercial law, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
