Michael is a barrister at the Sunshine Coast Barristers Chambers and George Street Chambers, with a broad commercial practice covering a range of advisory matters and trial and appellate work in most State and Commonwealth courts and tribunals. Outside of legal practice, he is a former Deputy President of Surf Life Saving Queensland, a Rescue Swimmer for the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service, and a 7-time Australian Open Men's Champion Lifesaver.
